GRAVETTE FD SUPPORTS INJURED FIREFIGHTER

Communities from Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas have come together to support Firefighter Tylor Shambles after a motorcycle accident left him fighting for his life.

Shambles was riding his motorcycle near Grove, Oklahoma when a vehicle collided with him last week. He was air-lifted to a Joplin, Missouri hospital where he has been in intensive care since.

The Gravette Fire Department Women's Auxiliary, a 501c3 non-profit, worked swiftly to set up fundraisers including a donation-based pancake breakfast at the Gravette fire station this morning. Special edition t-shirts and tumblers were also for sale by benefitting the cause.
