ACCIDENT CLOSES HWY 24

AT CONSTITUTION AVE

DECEMBER 12, 2023 - COLORADO SPRINGS, CO

US-24 and Constitution were closed for several hours after a high-speed broadside accident this evening.

Cimarron Hills Fire assisted the Falcon Fire Protection District with extrication of a patient in one of the vehicles. Colorado State Patrol managed traffic until Eastbound Constitution and Westbound Highway 24 were both closed.

State Patrol at the scene was able to share that two people were transported but declined further comment pending the investigation.
